As a Medium READER, I think this is great. I never liked topics, they weren't good at finding what I wanted to read. Tags give me more power to fine-tune my searches (and I read in some really small niches).
I am excited to see how this impacts us...OK. Honestly, I am excited to see how it impacts me personally. I won't really know how it impacts others unless they write stories about it, but I try not to read too many stories on Medium about Medium, you know? Thanks for sharing your optimism!
I honestly don't know what to think about Medium changes....ever. I have noticed a SHARP decline in views and exposure though, and I'm not sure what to make of it. But I'm not here to be analytical about it because there's no point lol.
What would i DO, Linda, without your marketing genius to keep my poet's head in the sand apprised of developments? I'm so grateful. News sounds exciting to me.
