I'm glad you posted that pic at the end because if you hadn't, I was about to. My favorite Easter meme of all time.

I appreciate the history lessons AND the laughs about eating the bunny ears first. Who knew? Who really cares?

What I want to know about eating chocolate bunnies is this: for a small-to-moderate sized bunny, who doesn't eat the whole thing? Those gigantic 1+ footers are not included in this question. Who will fund that study? Weight Watchers, perhaps.

It's just so easy to start with the ears. They stick up in the air like a lollipop on a stick. Who can resist that?

Apparently the people who can't resist biting the butt. lol. I suppose if one isn't going to eat the whole thing at once, it might be more appealing to have the head and ears left in the box as opposed to a butt and feet. Makes a weird kind of sense. I guess that's why we don't do it that way. Happy Easter, Dakota

Good point - just having the head and ears left sitting in the box is more appealing. Happy Easter to you, too! 🐣

I'm late to this but what a great story - lots of info I didn't know. The origin of the holiday - the pagan part doesn't surprise me since Christmas replaced a pagan holiday. Cadbury and eggs - new info as well. I start w/ the ears as well...I so can't imagine biting into anyone's tush - even a bunny's.
